Karen has been coaching since 1987
when she worked with at-risk youth. Her coaching began as honest
conversations with teens about their choices. Over the years, she
transitioned into working with adults.
Karen is a member of the Arizona
and Washington State Bar Associations. She worked in the legal
field of for approximately 10 years as a paralegal, internal coach
in various child welfare agencies, child advocate and attorney.
Karen weaves her legal education
and experience with her coaching certification and study of whole
systems design to create a unique coaching style that is
punctuated by a decade-long spiritual practice. She brings the
intention that her clients have all the answers they will
ever need, and she is witness to their unfolding brilliance and
wisdom. "I cannot" is a decision and is replaced by
"How will I …?"
